Our block boards are designed using the SDR method, which includes treating materials chemically and well seasoned before converting them into battens in various rip saws. Our professional sandwich battens between two veneers that are glued mechanically. Then, the battens are pressed hot under the required pressure and temperature. This enables us to make the product dimensionally stable and safe to use. During the manufacturing process, the block boards go through different quality tests at several parameters to ensure only world-class products are delivered to customers. Also, we manufacture and supply block boards of different finishes, including melamine laminates, wood veneers, etc.
